Conditions of Service
This Conditions of Service document outlines the operating practices and the connection policies of Kingston Hydro.
The document is intended to provide details that supplement Kingston Hydro's obligations under the Electricity Act, the Ontario Energy Board
Act and the Distribution License.
Changes will occur to this document from time to time. These changes are listed and described on Page 3 of the Conditions of Service.
Kingston Hydro reviews and revises its Conditions of Service on an ongoing basis to meet the needs of our customers and to keep pace with
regulatory requirements. As such, Kingston Hydro welcomes written comments and questions from its customers regarding its Conditions of Service.
