For overdue accounts, you can reach the Utilities Kingston Credit and Collections by dialing 613-546-1181 Ext 2278 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

After regular hours and for emergency services, you can call 613-546-1181 24 hours a day. (After regular business hours, you'll be able to reach emergency-service support by pressing the 0 key on your touch-tone phone pad, or by holding for an operator).
